- Approximate location: your region, derived from your IP address by our host, is used once to centre the map (not stored). Precise location is only used if you tap “Show my location”, and never leaves your device.
- Preferences: your unit choice and consent choice are kept in your browser's local storage.
- Advertising cookies: if you consent, Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads (see below).
2. Data We Don't Collect
- Personal names, emails, or contact information
- Payment or billing data
- Device fingerprinting
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services, which may collect data:
- Open-Meteo: weather data, fetched by our servers (no visitor data shared)
- Vercel: hosting (standard web server logs)
- Esri: map tiles, loaded by your browser
- Google AdSense: advertising. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com. See how Google uses data from partner sites.
